RETURNS & REFUNDS

United States Orders

We accept returns on orders shipped within the United States within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Return shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refund processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

How to initiate a return (US only):

  1. Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable method

International Orders (Canada, UK, Australia, and all other countries)

All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders shipped outside the United States.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or issue store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items (All Markets)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of location:

  • Swimwear and intimates
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale at checkout)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item (US only) and place a new order.
